The Beginnings of Christmas Joy

So we don't have a tree up yet because we want a real one and it's too early for that, but I've been very busy decorating my little abode. Considering this is our first Christmas in our own home, I'd say we're doing pretty well as I'm starting from scratch.

So I haven't fallen off the face of the planet, and I know when I look at people's blogposts, I'm always hoping its new projects they have completed, so this post may be disappointed, however, the ball should be rolling again now.
