Bought our first home...

 So we bought our first little home. I wanted something old with lots of character, but ended up with a brand new town house with no character. So the challenge will be to fit all my vintage decor into a brand new house and make it look somewhat like it was meant to be there.

We picked out paint colours, fabrics and furniture for the most part.

This weekend I finishedmy $10 shelf I will be using for recipe books and spice rack.

Can never go wrong with an extra little dresser

Bought this just because it was the right price. I'm going to use it to hold all my fabric bits and sewing materials.

Super easy and cheap Christmas idea I stole from pinterest.

Handmade heat pads/pot holders from scraps of fabric I had and $5 worth of teflon batting.
