This piece needed some serious TLC. It's old, but well made, so I took on the challenge - stripped the top, cleaned and repaired the body then gave it a few coats of graphite chalk paint and POOF! Good as new, but better, because it's OLD!
You don't know the manufacturer, by any chance, do you? I have a china cabinet I am trying to identify, and the carved ridges are similar to this dresser...
